Return Policy

US RETURNS

Items purchased on loeil.com may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached, all accessories included, and the original packaging intact. 

Items showing signs of wear, staining, odors, or any other form of use will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned with no signs of wear. Please use the original packaging provided with your order when returning merchandise.

Please visit returns portal and follow the instructions below.

1. Enter your order number and the email address associated with the order.
2. Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
3. Print the return label and securely pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging.
4. Attach the return label to the outside of your package.
5. Please drop-off your parcel at any DHL Express point within the country where the package was initially delivered. To locate your nearest DHL Express points, go to https://locator.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code).

"Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To initiate an international return, please visit our returns portal to print your return label and schedule a pick-up. International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and a 35 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

All returns from outside the US sent without LOÉIL's proforma invoice shall be refused.

Withdrawal:

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. To cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact info@loeil.com. For delivered orders, withdrawal requests can be submitted through our returns portal.

 

REFUND

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice included.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

For orders where duties and taxes were not included in the purchase price, any applicable import duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges are imposed by local customs and tax authorities and are not charged by LOÉIL.
