GENERAL
Care instructions can be found on the care label attached inside each garment. As care requirements vary depending on fabric and construction, we recommend following the instructions provided on the label for the best long-term care of your piece.
Size guidance and fit notes are available on each product page. For additional sizing assistance, please contact us at info@loeil.com.
A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date. The estimated shipping date is noted for each pre-order item on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.
SHIPPING
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within a few minutes of placing your order at info@loeil.com with your order number in the subject.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the shipping address as long as the delivery country remains the same. To change the shipping country, you’ll need to cancel and place a new order.
Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to add or remove items. If you’d like to purchase an additional item, please place a new order. If you no longer need any of the items, you may request a cancellation (if the order hasn’t shipped), or return them for a full refund once received.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days of being placed and then are dispatched according to the priority selected. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and we are unable to guarantee same-day processing.
As soon as your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a tracking number to track your order.
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If you cannot see your country listed at checkout, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been picked up by the courier.
In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 30 USD. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
We are unable to ship to P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses.
RETURNS
We’re sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your purchase. To begin a return, Please visit returns portal and follow the instructions.
Following inspection and acceptance of a return, you will receive a confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Kindly note that all items purchased at events are considered final sale.
All online purchases orders are not eligible for exchange. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.
